The Prep Specialist plays a key role in ensuring all event linens and rental items are flawlessly prepared, organized, and ready for each event. This position supports both warehouse operations and event execution by maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, and efficiency.
Responsibilities
Wash, press, and prepare all linens to meet company quality standards
Pull inventory, prep, and pack rental items accurately for upcoming events
Facilitate preparation and organization of event and will-call orders
Maintain full awareness of current and upcoming events to ensure timely execution
Count and process will-call returns, ensuring all items are returned to the warehouse
Assist in overseeing and maintaining warehouse and inventory organization
Promote and maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment
Work quickly and efficiently to meet company timelines and standards
