The Event Specialist is responsible for executing on-site event setups and breakdowns, ensuring all rental items are delivered, installed, and returned with precision and care. This role represents The Wedding Linen Company in the field and plays a key part in bringing each event to life through efficient execution and teamwork.
Responsibilities
Gather, prep, load, and transport rental items for upcoming events (up to 85 lbs)
Serve as a point person on events, supporting smooth on-site execution
Participate in event setups and breakdowns, including linens, draping, chairs, and rentals
Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently
Ensure all items are accurately returned, accounted for, and stored upon return to the warehouse
Work quickly and efficiently to meet company timelines and standards
Complete weekday deliveries as scheduled
Qualifications
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, event-driven environment
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality execution
Positive team attitude and strong communication skills
Physically able to lift and move items up to 85 pounds
Reliable, punctual, and dependable
Demonstrates ownership, accountability, and initiative
